Service Policy

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all services. If you are dissatisfied with our service, we invite you to the salon for a redo. This should be scheduled like regular appointments and are provided at no charge. Simply call to schedule the redo within two weeks; any redo requests after the said period will be subject to management approval.

We are not liable to hair color done outside of the salon. In addition, due to the nature of some of our services, this guarantee may vary.

Please note that all work done by apprentices is not guaranteed. Clients must schedule a redo with the apprentice who originally provided the service.
